The UK Division of the worlds largest and most respected healthcare provider, our client is looking to continue it’s growth with the recruitment of a quality relationship manager to drive the sale of PMI to FTSE 500 businesses.

THE ROLE
Covering the South East, predominantly the London City region, you will focus on the sales of PMI, Travel Insurance and Dental Cover to major corporate business, spending between £500,000 and £5m per year on insurance services for their employees.
Managing a loyal portfolio of National Brokers including Mercers, Gissings, AON, Watson Wyatt, Risk and Reward and Hymans Robertson; you will spend 60% of your time developing these relationships, incentivising and training their senior consultants to sell Cigna’s insurance products.
The second aspect of the role will be to strategically develop direct relationships with major corporates, selling PMI at HR Director and FD level. This highly consultative, solution led sale will suit an experienced intermediary manager, that has the maturity and depth of knowledge to communicate at the highest levels.
THE PERSON
- 5 years business to business experience
- Experience of managing regional or national brokers
- Any understanding on PMI would be advantageous
- Quality presentation skills
- Experience of building quality senior level relationships within HR and Finance departments
- Target orientated
