Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager, Sales Manager
£40,000 - £45,000 Basic Salary

As a regional Sales Manager within the Foodservice division, you will manage a team of 7 people consisting of Customer Development Executives and a Customer Development Manager. Managing a portfolio to the value of £1.5million across Education, Leisure, Healthcare and workplace in London and the South East. The role will be split between 60% coaching and development of team members and 40% managing high value accounts within the region. Managing a diverse team, this is a challenging and demanding role that requires excellent motivational and organisational skills.
Applicants currently working as Regional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers, Sales Managers or in any professional sales or man management role with a provable track record of success are invited to apply. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record within FMCG sales and experience within the foodservice channel will be advantageous. Man management skills are essential as you must have the ability to coach, train and support your team members to ensure that they deliver their targets.
You will also need to draw on your organisational skills in order to meet the demands of this role.
