THE COMPANY
A global business, with solutions tailored to suit all types of business; our client is the market leader in the provision of HR and Payroll software. Following a major influx of investment, and a record breaking 2007, they are looking to recruit 4 further business development managers across the South in the next 3 months.

An organisation with an enviable reputation for quality, customer service and delivery, our client will provide all new business development managers with a structured induction, and then ongoing training courses.

Success in these regional roles leads directly to national accounts or sales management.

THE ROLE
Business Development Executive, Corporate Sales Executive, Major Accounts Sales Manager, Corporate Development Manager.
£35,000-£40,000 Basic Salary, £70,000-£75,000 OTE uncapped, Company Car or Car Allowance, Private Medical Insurance, Pension, 25 days holiday.
4* Business Development Manager - Southern Territories.

Selling the benefits of efficiency, this business development role will focus on direct sales to FTSE 500 companies. Working from home the business development manager will be helping companies to realise pains within their HR and Payroll functions, providing solutions that will allow them to free up internal resource.

Dealing with senior level decision-makers, the business development manager will utilise their structured, consultative sales approach to secure contracts lasting for up to 5 years.
Once a contract is signed the business development manager will manage that account for a period of 12 months, getting paid against additional sales before passing the account over to a specialist client manager.

Leads will be generated via a mixture of self generation, client referral, direct marketing campaigns, and a strong internal telesales team that will provide you with qualified appointments.

Used to a winning culture the business development manager will be working within the most successful team within the business where over 90% are exceeding their OTE.

THE PERSON
Applicants currently working as business development managers, sales executives, account managers or in any professional sales role with a provable track record of success are invited to apply if they have -
