This Division of the Company offers its services to various industries, such as marketing, sales and information technology in the United Kingdom. It provides a wide range of customer -oriented, cost effective postal solutions.

THE ROLE
Group Account Director, Sales Director, Corporate Sales, Sales Manager, Media Sales, Director of Operations
Circa £45,000 Basic Salary
40% OTE paid quarterly, car allowance or company car, PMI, Pension plus other bonuses.
Office based role in Manchester

Providing door drop services to FTSE 250 businesses, this multi-faceted Group Account Director role will require elements of Business development, account management and managing the operations of the Manchester office.

You will be handling the accounts of major blue-chip companies and utilising ad-agencies to expand existing business opportunities and building a new business pipeline. You will be responsible for the divisional sales forecasts, will contribute strategic sales policies and manage the key accounts team.

Knowledge and understanding of the door drop industry is essential to this role. Ideally the candidate should have 5 years of direct mail, door drop, sales promotion, media or data sales experience in a senior position.

This is a golden opportunity to enter a rapidly growing industry, to work for a market leader, and manage large corporates, at a senior level winning multi million pound contracts.

THE PERSON
Applicants currently working as senior business development managers, sales directors, account managers or a any professional sales role with a provable track record of success are invited to apply if they have experience within the door drop or media fields.
You will have a demonstrative experience in;

Sales Forecasts - To have participated in Sales Revenue and sales forecasting, set sales targets and monitored team performances.
Sales experience – a track record of selling face to face for a minimum of 5 years, exceeding targets, developing key clients and creating new business as an individual and through team work.
Project Management - To have implemented contractual business timely & efficiently to secure further business and growth.
Client meetings/presentations - To have actively participated at client meetings at all levels and made presentations to 1-50 people, using a range of equipment/visual aids.
People management A track record of managing individuals, a team to achieve targets. Ability to recruit, motivate, train, develop and manage performance.
Strategic - Contribute to and implement strategic policy for Sales, Marketing and the Company.
