THE ROLE
Senior Brand Manager, Brand Manager
£40-45K, 20% bonus and car allowance
East London
Essentially, you will be tasked with developing the consumer, category and customer understanding within a given brand portfolio that can then be translated into strategies and plans moving forward.
A key area of focus will be developing the Fairtrade aspect to the brand, with the view to establish a long term growth strategy and annual brand plan.
Product development, brand communications and promotions including web customer strategy will also rate highly on what you do on a day to day basis.
THE PERSON
Applicants currently working as Brand Managers, Trade Marketing Managers, Product Managers or in any FMCG or B2B marketing role with a provable track record of success are invited to apply if they have -
You will be a Senior Brand Manager or experienced Brand Manager looking to take on a real challenge and the opportunity to reposition and develop market leading brands.
You will relish the idea of setting up consumer insight programmes and developing products to suit consumer requirements, but even more important will be your ability to ensure that marketing campaigns lead the commercial success of brands in highly competitive markets.
You will have gained your knowledge from classic FMCG Marketing roles and be able to show demonstrable success in growing brands and market shares. Development and management of full-mix marketing campaigns will be a key part of your career to date.
