This role is principally concerned with devising and executing a programme of online CRM marketing activity in order to drive online purchasing frequency and spend. Candidates will also be responsible for managing 3rd party agencies and will be expected to ensure suitable service provision and negotiate contracts where appropriate. Applicants will also be required to manage an internal team that deals with email marketing and all other online promotional planning.

Successful applicants will have a broad understanding of CRM and be able to translate their knowledge into commercial plans. Candidates will have strong commercial and analytical skills and be comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Retail experience is desired but is by no means pre-requisite although online experience is.
