THE ROLE
This role involves assisting the Site Technical Manager to deliver all site technical objectives and KPI’s, managing, developing and training a team of Quality Assurance Auditors, and interfacing with customers and the operations teams.
You will be required to build relationships with customers and across various teams in the factory to deliver results. Additionally you will be assessing the complaint analysis and instigating an investigation process in order to resolve customer concerns.
THE PERSON
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a fast paced diverse environment ideally within a chilled environment with a proven track record of training, managing and developing a team.
Experience of working with retail customers and retail KPI systems would be an advantage along with thorough knowledge and use of Quality Management systems.
A strong communicator with the ability to communicate effectively across a variety of department.
Job Salary / Benefits:
£30-35K, pension, healthcare, 25 days holiday
