THE ROLE
Sales Manager, Head of Sales, Regional Sales Manager, Sales Director, Commercial managers
£40,000 - £50,000 basic, 15% Management Bonus, Excellent benefits

Responsible for the entire sales team the Sales Manager will have two main focuses; Firstly, the hands on management, training, development and growth of the sales team. Secondly, being a prominent member of the senior management team the Sales Manager will have great influence over the strategic direction of the business as whole, including how to leverage the relationship with the parent company in the most effective way.
