THE ROLE
The role will require you to continually review the performance of the companies state of the art plc lines, both mechanically and electrically making clear decisions on planned and preventative maintenance and identifying and recommending improvements. You will also be required to work to look to improving the lines and getting better productivity out of every shift, through providing considered advice and conducting regular updates during shifts.
THE PERSON
The successful candidate will be a timeserved Engineer educated to at least City & Guilds level with extensive knowledge of fault finding and maintaining machinery to a high standard. A strong communicator with the ability to prioritise your workload and ideally have been accustomed to working within a world class manufacturing environment and lean manufacturing principles.
