They provide finance to both the corporate and retail arenas and are now looking to enter the broker market place. Due to this growth they are now looking for a high-class individual to spear head this new venture in the role of Broker Sales Manager.
THE ROLE
Broker Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Fleet Sales, Regional Sales Manager, Account Manager
£30,000, £40,000 ote, company car, pension, healthcare, phone, laptop, mobile, 25 days holiday
The main focus within this Broker Sales Manager role is initially to establish a portfolio of Brokers and drive vehicle finance through them. Due to this companies impeccable reputation there will incoming inquires from brokers wanting to partner with you. Once initial contact has been made you will be responsible for vetting these brokers and making sure they of a suitable standard.
In addition, they already have relationships with a finite number of brokers that you will take on and manage. Over time they are looking for the Broker Sales Manager to manage around 20 brokers and generate around 500 cases per anum.
Once this individual is established in the role they will be looking to grow the team. Pending your performance within this role there are future opportunities to develop a team underneath you.
THE PERSON
