THE ROLE
Our client is a world renowned animal charity whose UK Headquarters is in the heart of London's West End. They are currently looking for a Community Fundraising Manager to join their vibrant fundraising team at an exciting time in the charity's development.
The Community Fundraising team is responsible for generating income from regional fundraising groups, ad hoc community events, UK and overseas challenge events, in memoriam gifts and an annual fundraising campaign.
The successful candidate will lead the team and develop the programme of activities with the head of the department to generate income through a number of new and established activities whilst developing key relationships with supporters

If you are skilled in managing a programme of varied activities, report writing and recruiting supporters through a variety of marketing activities, you might just be the talented individual we’re looking for.
Experience of and a successful track record in community fundraising and income generation are massively advantageous. You should also be adept in budgeting, team leadership and management and have marketing experience. This exciting role will involve some travel both throughout the UK and to the developing countries which they operate in.
