THE COMPANY
This company are the leader in their market within the drinks industry. As a part of a large manufacturing organisation, they are experiencing more periods of organic growth and business analysis has led them to create new additions to their commercial teams, based in up to 5 offices around the country. Notorious for seriously developing their staff and the ability to move into all different businesses within the group, they are truly a company to invest in people, these are genuinely unmissable opportunities.

THE ROLE
These roles are brand new functions and positions within the wider company structure, they have introduced to create a more tailored approach to individual and regional customers and allow better insight into customer behaviour. Working with the on trade regional accounts and sales teams, you will analyse sales activity and build customer development plans according to the insight you reveal, this could be based around sales or promotional activity. On top of this you will also need to be very aware the consumer, and pull techniques through the sales channel, looking at consumer events and promotional and branding methods. These roles are highlighted to the business for “high potential candidates, who will be progressed into more senior roles on a development programme.

THE PERSON
Applicants currently working as Brand Managers, Trade Marketing Managers, Product Managers or in any FMCG or B2B marketing role with a provable track record of success are invited to apply if they have -
• As this is a “high potential” role, you will need to be a good calibre candidate, perhaps someone who may at some point be interested in studying for MBA qualifications, or would be interested in pursuing careers in general management. You will certainly have good sound analytical skills and experience, ideally from an FMCG, Foodservice or automotive or construction background, able to spot trends and gaps in sales and marketing data. You will also need to have a strong commercial understanding; candidates from a trade, category development or customer development background would be welcomed. Candidates with an MBA and some similar background will also be considered.
