THE ROLE
Due to a company restructure, my client is looking to employ a pack house shift manager. This role will be responsible for the operation of the strawberry pack houses and timely packing of produce to customer specification and quantity. This role will include liasing with managers from all areas of the business, ensuring a high level of maintenance is maintained, production is economic, stock levels are maintained and health and safety is kept to the highest of standards.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of management with large teams or a strong supervisor looking for the next step. Production knowledge within the soft fruit or food industry will be an advantage but not essential. You will be committed to driving processes to receive the maximum output within your division and you will need excellent communication skills.
