Our client is on of the UK’s most progressive dairy companies. They are owned entirely by British dairy farmers whose farm assured milk is processed into a comprehensive range of high quality and innovative dairy products.
Additionally they are also one of the largest producers of cheese, supplying all major food retailers, food processors and food service organisations.
THE ROLE
This role will involve you in the day to day supervision of a production area and with a team of 15-20 Operators, ensuring high standards of hygiene and food safety are adhered to at all times. You will be required to support, motivate, enthuse and overall manage the team to maintain high product quality and key performance indicators.
THE PERSON
The successful candidate will ideally have the ability to work with and through people to achieve production demands. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory or team leader experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food based. Highly motivated, ambitious and flexible with the ability to cite recent examples of reaching and exceeding manufacturing standards
Job Salary / Benefits:
£20-23K, pension, PMI, 25 days holiday
