THE ROLE
This role will involve working with all departments of the business from the factory floor to management. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will also liase with the company’s other health and safety departments to ensure legislation is met throughout the whole business with plans and controls put into place. Not only will this position be working on the health and safety areas of the company you will also be in charge of environmental issues and waste management for the site.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of a health and safety role. NVQ or equivalent qualifications within the food manufacturing industry preferably within the meats sector would be interesting although this is not essential.
