THE ROLE
This role will be maintaining the company’s standards and taking responsibility for all aspects of health and safety on their site. Working closely with all members of staff to develop and train them in all areas of the company. You will be expected to carry out site inspections and risk assessments, also working with external bodies such as HSE, Environmental health and Insurance companies along with many others.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of a health and safety role. NVQ or equivalent qualifications within the food manufacturing industry is desirable but not essential. Experience of dealing with NEBOSH, HACCP, Risk assessment or manual handling would be a distinct advantage. You will preferably have experience of training and developing staff.
