THE COMPANY
My client is one of the world leaders in providing multifunction digital imaging and printing products to both business’ and consumers.

Established over 60 years ago they now employ over 100,000 people in 200 countries around the world. They provide a range of services to allow organisations to control and manage their documents in a more compliant and efficient manner, utilising a range of technology. They have constantly grown year on year for the past 7 years and are looking to continue that trend into 2008/2009 by recruiting a European Accounts Service Manager.

THE ROLE
European Accounts Service Manager / European Account Manager / Service Manager / Key Account Manager / National Account Manager / Corporate Account Manager / Major Projects Manager

Salary - £40,000 - £55,000
Benefits - OTE 15% capped at 20%, pension, healthcare, laptop, mobile and 25 days holiday.

Due to ongoing growth and development, my client is looking for an experienced European Accounts Service Manager to be the main contact for all major service & maintenance contracts across the whole of Western Europe.

As a European Accounts Service Manager you will be working closely with a bid team, responding to RFI’s and constructing contracts worth €5-€50 million. You will be managing a portfolio of multinational organisations, working with multi-level decision makers including Buyers, Facilities Managers, Regional and Area Management etc. You will be responsible for setting SLA’s and managing the implementation of these.

Taking a consultative, solution-led approach you need to drive activity, refine processes and push best practise to develop long-term, commercial relationships.

The European Accounts Service Manager is a highly visible role within the organisation and offers fantastic career progression within this enviable brand.

THE PERSON
Applicants currently working as business development managers, sales executives, account managers or in any professional sales role with a provable track record of success are invited to apply if they have -

• Proven track record in account management
• Solid understanding of service contracts and SLA’s
• Comfortable constructing contracts
• Understanding how to fulfil SLA’s at ground level
• Good presentation skills
• Evidence of success
• Consultative sales approach
• Results orientated
• Strong closing skills
• Motivated and hungry
• Experience responding to RFI’s
Advantageous:
• Understanding of Document Management Solutions
• Proven track record working with Multinational organisations on a Pan European level
