THE ROLE
Business Development Manager, Business Development Executive, Account Manager, Sales Development Manager

£40,000 to £45,000 basic salary, OTE £60,000 - £65,000 (uncapped), 2 Litre car, healthcare, pension, laptop, mobile.
UK Field Based Role.

This is a strategic role selling the Company’s facilities management services both hard and soft services to Commercial, manufacturing, local authorities and academia. You will be negotiating predominantly at director level and your Business development will be supported by a dedicated telesales support.

This is a home based role covering the North of England. A fantastic opportunity with a great benefits package and unlimited career potential.

THE PERSON
Applicants currently working as business development managers, sales executives, account managers or in any professional sales role with a provable track record of success are invited to apply if they have -
Dynamic, assertive vibrant individual,
experience of selling B2B contractual business services, 1 - 3 year contracts, dealing with large order values. tender experience, board level negotiator, well presented with a air of gravitas.

• Excellent relationship building skills
• New Business focused
• Living within easy access to a motorway network.

Advantageous:

• Exposure to writing business proposals/contracts

• Knowledge of providing outsourced services or facilities management
