THE ROLE
Broker Manager, Relationship Manager, Account Manager, Key Account Manager

£40,000-£45,000 basic salary
OTE 40% paid quarterly uncapped, £5,500 car allowance or company car, excellent pension, Private medical insurance, and flexible benefits.

You will be responsible for the management and development of a loyal portfolio of National Brokers
You will spend the majority of your time developing these relationships. by providing training and incentivising their sales forces, as well as attending direct board level presentations with major corporate businesses that spend between £500,000 and £5m per year on employee benefits, aiming to supply them with a complete healthcare solution.

THE PERSON
Applicants currently working as business development managers, sales executives, account managers or in any professional sales role with a provable track record of success are invited to apply if they have -

This highly consultative solution led sale will suit an experienced Broker / intermediary manager, alternatively you will have gained experience with a broker and seek to progress your career direct with a provider.

A industry professional, you will be a successful account manager and possess a business development instinct.
Essential
- Sound understanding of the Private Medical Insurance sector
- Quality account management and business development skills
- Ability to build strong relationships.
- Quality influencing skills

Desirable
- Experience of managing regional/national brokers.
- Experience of working for a healthcare Insurer or Broker
- Quality presentation skills
- Experience of developing senior level relationships within HR and Finance departments
- Target orientated
- Ability to work in a strong close knit team
- Educated to A-Level standard
