Their solution is a revolutionary service designed to reduce vehicle incidents and improve fuel economy through changing driver behaviour. Unlike anyone else in the market place they achieve this by giving instant feedback to individuals while they are driving.
The service combines in-vehicle technology as well as integrated web applications that continuously rates the way someone is driving, it trains the driver in real time by providing feedback as they drive and good driving behaviours are sustained and improved through continuous reinforcement.
After some excellent results in corporate and public sector fleets they are now looking for an individual to spearhead the development and role out of their consumer offering via a multitude of new channels.
THE ROLE
Account Development Manager, Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Regional Account Manager, KAM, Business Development Manager, BDM
£40,000 basic salary, £10,000 bonus, stock options, car allowance, pension, healthcare, 25 days holiday
This highly entrepreneurial role will involve looking to develop this companys consumer offering and will involve targeting young driver through various different channels. As Account Development Manager you will be managing the relationship with 2 County Councils, working with them on joint ventures and partnering with them to access young drivers through the likes of driving schools, road safety schemes, colleges and primary schools.
Another large part of the Account Development Managers role will be working with one of the UKs largest insurers, providing them data and statistics on how this product can help them reduce risk and lower premiums. The long term goal will be to provide this product through this major insurer, the benefit for the young driver will be that if they have this device in their vehicle then the insurance provider will be in a position to offer a lower premium.
