THE ROLE
A new role created in the business to increase awareness and development using training, effective relationship building and your excellent communication skills. You will be working closely with a Senior National Account Manager to drive through key initiatives with both the wholesalers and end users. Planning range reviews sales training and business development within these top 20 key accounts is the primary goal, but you will be meeting with buyers at a national level in order to continue your personal development.
This role is all about getting to know your accounts and understanding how best to increase sales by developing a successful pull/push process.
THE PERSON
Applicants currently working as Sales representatives, key account managers, regional account managers, RAMs, KAMs within the FMCG marketplace with a provable track record of success are invited to apply if they have -
You will need a drive for results, whilst enjoying taking ownership and a level of accountability. Commercial and financial acumen is a must with the ability to solve problems creatively and the confidence to use your initiative.
